A: Yes. In the case of televisions and all electronics, they must be unplugged and completely disconnected before we arrive.
Q: Are wardrobe boxes provided?
A: Yes.
Q: How are my light colored upholstered couch and chairs going to be protected during the move?
A: Will be protected by Plastic Wrap 3 pads.
Q:Do I need to empty and/or remove my dresser drawers?
A:Not necessary.
Q: What do I do with the contents of my refrigerator?
A: Before we arrive, the fridge must be defrosted, completely emptied, and unplugged.
Q: How much advance notice is needed for a move?
A: It all depends on the season – summertime is the busiest time of the year. But no matter how busy it is, we will do our best to find an opening to serve you within a few days. Try us – you may find us able to move you the next day!
Q: Do I need to purchase my boxes from you or can I get them from anybody?
A: You can purchase from us or we can provide used boxes for free.
Q: When do I pay you?
A: When all of your belongings have been unloaded.
Q: How do I pay you?
A: Cash or certified check only.
Q: What if it is raining?
A: Rain or shine, we will protect your property with padding.
